Beloved Sydney venue The Annandale Hotel is turning eight, which means we get a week’s worth of kick-arse live music in late June.
The festivities get underway on Tuesday 24 with the final of Jager Uprising, where the top four up ‘n coming bands will duke it out for the grand prize. Rolling onto Wednesday, End Of Fashion are previewing songs from their next album, alongside Dash & Will and The Ripping Dylans. Thursday 26 sees Adelaide psych-rockers Wolf & Cub making their long-overdue return to the live circuit. Hot young things The Holidays and The Protectors are in support.
Kicking off the weekend on Friday 27 is the refined indie-pop of Dappled Cities, with Brisbane party-starters Butterfingers sweating it out on Saturday 28. Finally, on Sunday 29, Whitley will ease the headaches with the help of Dead Letter Chorus and Gin. All tickets are on sale now, so stock up on party hats and Nurofen before it’s too late…
